How to sleep well at night

When you get to be a couple, whether married or just living together most of the time. You get used to having someone next to you. You might feel like you need a bit more space or you cuddle up till you fall asleep. However sometimes you need to go back to being alone, a partner has gone for a trip and could be away for a long time. I find a body pillow comforting. In my sleep, in case I stir up a bit I feel something next to me and I immediately fall back to slumber. I guess being human, we just crave for that constant touch. That someone is beside us to comfort us. A little prayer, a thankfulness for all the blessings you received in life, a little hope for the coming days.  These are all some of the guarantees you’ll sleep naturally like a baby.
