Been a while since I visited Duty Free and just tagged along with my brother. We noticed the staff seemed bored, disinterested with what they’re doing. One staff we even saw balancing herself on an ottoman. Certainly not a happy lot. Would go to SM anyday. Not so much selections too, A small grocery section. The washing machine prizes were pretty much lower than in malls so we got one.
You know that age when you hear a loud music and you feel like you want to run, hide and lock yourself inside a secret room? You won’t feel that when you hear the sounds from an epiphone les paul special ii. It’s a guitar made to lull and rock you with its Tune o matic and straplocks. Somehow the videoke bars in Manila has somewhat dwindled into obscurity. I know of two videoke bars that have closed down probably because of poor location or lack of income. We headed out however to Centerstage in Mall of Asia which just opened this October. The small room came very cheap at a price of 250 per hour.
The room has a built in song menu on the TV which we kind of find difficult to operate due it kept on exiting and removing our requested songs.We’re quite used to those videoke songbooks lol. We did get the hang of it after a while.
It was a bit hard to move for there were 6 of us but twas kind of cool the videoke place was new and there were those strobe lights that made it for a fun night. The sound system was awesome, I don’t know how sound proof the walls are but we sure had a mini concert going on in there.
The staff were nice especially the one who assisted us in the room who just smiled at my crazy brother’s weird jokes. Well,except for the haughty girl at the reception who I asked what the back area was for and she was like, it was just a waiting area like I was dumb coz there’s a stage, a giant videoke screen on there and seats. My point was what it was for, like for events or just anyone.Guess she finds it hard to be nice on soft opening day lol.
There’s a huge bar at the back of the reception at Centerstage Moa and a stage with a giant videoke screen where you can sing to your hearts content. I think that was for rent but we did get to have fun taking pictures. I think you should give them a visit. They’re located at the far end of the bayside near the TWO ecom prism plaza.
The dream to become a successful rock star or a band member can be quite daunting with all the competition and with all the equipmets you need. Music productio works perfectly if you got a akai mpd32 . If you need to create the best sound whether singing or being the best Disc Jockey in town you have to choose something with easy pads and nil issues of making it work. You can deal with sensitivity but certainly not poor quality. That’s what makes a dream, the attitude, the tools and the right kind of talent.

What we just need are TELCO companies who face their problems and do a major revamp, improvement on their structures and that is what Globe is currently doing. Globe is building this new network and replacing its aging IT systems. In the coming weeks and months leading into the 1st Quarter of 2013, they will complete the most important phase of network build, the replacement of the old and tired equipment current serving their subscribers. Once this is done, customer experience will vastly improve it has in areas like Cebu, Davao and now Quezon City

I remember my addiction to Twister fries when I was pregnant. No matter what I’m feeling, whether I was tired or having trouble with my legs and wearing pregnancy compression stockings , I crave and crave for it like crazy.
It’s good that Twister fries laid off a bit on salt. I remembered too salty for my taste now its better.

Bought a Human Nature Citronella bug spray again, it’s been a while but due to being in the hospital for more than a week. I missed the delivery. Human Nature however will resend the item without any charges. That’s so cool. Hate the DEET so gotta stick with the Citronella smell.
