Flat footed, no arch can’t see them at all. Best to try one of those aetrex lynco orthotics that relieves foot pain and generally eases everything else. Did you know that if you are flat footed it’s easier to get bunions, heel spurs among others? Can’t do anything about that though since you are born with it. Would probably go worse when you age. Not a pretty sight but you can’t argue with genes. Maybe some major foot care required and special shoes to ease the pain.
Forgetfulness, memory loss and what’s that again?
I do think something’s wrong with my brain’s shaft coupling . Honestly I forget a lot of stuff. They said that anesthesia can make you unusually forgetful but that was years ago and in fact it’s getting worse. My neurons are probably blinking like tiny dysfunctional LED lights. I need to hit those crossword puzzles and go nuts with Sudoku. They say if you exercise your brain like using your left hand instead of the usual right hand in doing stuff like a simple opening of a can can give your brain that much needed exercise. Fine lines are in!
Yes, fine lines are in and I thought I’ll never see them. My sister was like duh there’s nothing on there but me seez eet. Yes, I see it. Very faint but noticeable to the face owner. So I’m searching for the best lab ovens if any that could turn those into the flat, glowing skin of youth. Yup you got it. Getting old but loving life.
Looking young and looking great
All the products in the world being sold on the web for younger looking skin can make you wish there’s an eye barcode scanner online . One wink and you’ll know the price plus maybe additioal reviews too ha ha. I just saw a photo of me holding my 3 month old baby and although I weigh much much more, I do have better looking skin. Mountaineering
I never got to do the exercise I wanted. To climb a mountain, reach the peaks and feel the clouds. I never got to pitch a tent or cook on a Jetboil.
My dad never allowed it when I asked If I could join the school’s Mountaineering Club. My best friend was in the club, even my favorite cousin too. He said it was a waste of time and could damage my skin. Talk about skin crazy. Anyhow, now I’m old. I knew I’ll never make it. I’ll huff and puff all the way to the top..no..probably just a few steps up. I really wish I’ve done it then.

Afraid of getting old?
When you were 13, you wonder when you can turn 18 so you can do what every teenager can do. Go out late at night, have fun with friends, go on dates. When you’re 18, you can’t wait to see the world and try everything your heart desires. When you’re in your twenties, you then feel there’s more to dating, there are deep heartaches, career choices. When you’re in your thirties, you will wonder where the time has gone. I admit I am afraid of being old. I don’t know about you but getting sick, your body getting payback from all those heart disease causing fried stuff can make me worry. I can’t understand blood pressure but I do know that it’s one of my family’s worst sickness nightmare. You can just get a heart attack without warning. I did have high blood pressure when I gave birth but I’m still here blogging so you see I survived after feeling like dying on the hospital bed. 8)
