I bought this DVD a month ago and found it quite fun. It was fun watching Carmen Electra. She’s just gorgeous no matter what her hair style is. Of course it doesn’t hurt that she has all the curves in the right places. I first did her lapdance section. It was very sexy at least for her. Lots of head tossing and kicking. There are aerobic exercises on the other cds which are quite good actually contrary to the review I read. My only problem is my daughter kept trying to do my steps when I do the lapdance so I switched to the normal exercise ones.The aerobic exercises are done with an instructor and focuses on the core.
