One of the things I’m crazy about now that you should be crazy about too is taking dance lessons. A bit difficult at first but the music coming from the cowbell from musicians friend just makes you wanna sway to the beat. I used to think I have two left feet but now I think I’m getting the hang of it. The deep pitch of the bell just transports you to another country altogether. Try dancing. It’s good for the soul.
Plumbing Crazy
Looking everywhere from the malls to www.reidsupply.com to have the leaking faucet fixed. We finally got the tools we needed. First however we need to try that baking soda thing to clear up the gunk that’s probably having a party in the pipes. I’m sorry, before we did that we tried to do the chemical drainer thing but nothing happened. Crappy little sink. So we tried the baking soda plus did all the stuff humanly possible to make it work. And yes we did it!! Sorry, well hubby did it. So we saved money on plumbing. Thank you google.
The Calories in spaghetti Sauce
So because your tomato based sauce has tomato in it doesn’t really mean its not gonna make you any bigger. A sweet blend spaghetti sauce, 500 grams a pack has 40 calories per 50grams or approximate half cup serving maybe. The sodium in that serving…Wait for it…is 330mg. That’s 330 mg for half cup serving. Whew talk about salt overload. That’s why it tastes so yummy. This is just the typical sauce on the aisles, not organic or anything. So you add that to the noodles you’re gonna mix it with and you’re in for a lot of fat trouble lol.
Feet bleep
Flat footed, no arch can’t see them at all. Best to try one of those aetrex lynco orthotics that relieves foot pain and generally eases everything else. Did you know that if you are flat footed it’s easier to get bunions, heel spurs among others? Can’t do anything about that though since you are born with it. Would probably go worse when you age. Not a pretty sight but you can’t argue with genes. Maybe some major foot care required and special shoes to ease the pain.
Exercise after 60
You may be older than american silver eagle coins but if you can still do the stuff you normally do albeit with difficulty then you can still exercise. Walking sounds good but you can still see some Senior weightlifters that would give you a run for your money. Mary Ann Wilson is the creator and host of the “Sit and Be Fit,” a senior fitness program that has aired on U.S. public television since 1987 stated on Reuters that you can exercise even if you’re not young so to speak. It is important at any age but of course with the right supervision. Check with your doctor first and make sure you can handle a program.

Read on Inquirer today a news about a 4 year old boy shooting a 6 year old in the head in New York. Guns lying around easy to grab and shoot on pretend play. They should be locked away somewhere away from the children. What is the world coming to?
The Best Clarinet
When thinking of an instrument to play. The usual piano or guitar would come to mind but maybe it’s time to focus on another instrument with a mystical sound, that is the clarinet . Students love clarinets, they’re easy to carry around. Depending on the make clarinets can go expensive but there are some lower priced models available. Of course, the quality won’t be the same but it would do if you’re just starting out. It is best to put it in its own box to preserve its form and sound.
Duty Free
Been a while since I visited Duty Free and just tagged along with my brother. We noticed the staff seemed bored, disinterested with what they’re doing. One staff we even saw balancing herself on an ottoman. Certainly not a happy lot. Would go to SM anyday. Not so much selections too, A small grocery section. The washing machine prizes were pretty much lower than in malls so we got one.
Concert Fun
The most theatrical concert I’ve seen is Adam Lambert’s Concert. I wasn’t expecting much except for the great costume and mesmerizing voice but I was wowed b the Stage Presence. The kaleidoscope of lights, the magic from the fog machine sure did its wonder Everyone was so captivated by the show. The photo below was from a Company Performance but it did use a few effects.
Mall of Asia
I love the Giant Ferris Wheel, the different kid friendly activities like kiddie rides, a zip line experience, restaurants. I won’t be surprised if a from a cigar auction will sprout up somewhere. The best thing about it is you can still watch the sunset. That’s something a lot of people tend to take for granted. We have that beautiful view and we hardly go to see it. So the next time you go, make sure to be there in time to catch that beautiful glow.
