Moving up

I’ve never been really a go getter in terms of career. I guess I just worked and enjoyed each job I’ve been to. Now, some people do know what they are going to be in life and aimed for their goals big time. One of them is Neil Haboush.

I read about his story and marvel at how he achieved his goals. First he took a course that I for one will never ever think of taking. B.Sc in Political Science and Economics. Who knows how much math is there, lol. I do however always did dream of owning my own business, a clothing line or a shop selling knick knacks. He did that too and actually had a good run for a little while. When things went sour, he did not give up and found another niche to focus on, customer service which then evolved into data services. Level One Data Services is now a major player in the industry.

Now the whole story is here to tell you that you should never give up on your dreams, look for things that will fulfill you even when others tell you everything is just looking bleak, head out and find a little light that will show you where to go to next.

Salted Garlic Squid

I could never get tired of North Park’s Salted Garlic squid. I just love it’s taste along with the sauce on that Chinese Rice. My sister and I when we were still living together order this at home. Now my daughter loves it too.

Ups and downs

Everyone’s life story even if summarized, folded in envelopes will never fit  in mens leather wallets because the story goes on and on. As I age I realize I need to value the time I spend here on earth with people who matter. A few minutes count for a lot and these are minutes you can never get back.

What will happen if I’m gone, I need to make sure my loved ones can continue on with a lot of courage and stability. I guess as a mom I worry too much.

Farmer John Potato Chips Review

Forgive the crumpled bag of chips, ate all of it already before you could say dr hauschka lol. Farmer John Premium Potato chips is made with imported farm grown potatoes. I tried it because the packaging was quite different from local ones. The Cheddar and sour cream is really crunchy and tasty. I always buy one each time I go grocery shopping. It’s almost the same price as Lays except you can buy it in a smaller bag so it’s cheaper in a sense if you don’t feel like splurging on a big bag of Ruffles or Lays.
