Mother’s Day Gift

Mother’s Day is fast approaching, I bet you’ve got a gift ready for your loving mom. To top off you’re Mother’s Day Celebration, why don’t you get her this, chocolate covered strawberries. It’s healthy but wrapped with sinful milk and chocolate. It’s unique and will sure melt your mom’s heart I sure would appreciate a gift like this, of course with a sweet note of thanks for the years of caring and loving. Happy Mother’s day.

Meet your meat

I watched a video on PETA about how cows, pigs and chickens are butchered. It would make you stop eating meat for a while. I would probably switch. I do think being a vegetarian is the way to go if you want to lose weight and be healthy. I’m trying at least to be a pesco vegetarian, can’t give up eggs and fish. More on that later.

A guy aging and that drive

Aging is an inevitable thing. Menopause comes for women and as a guy you might think it doesn’t matter that much but it does. As any other male on the planet you will get old. Say goodbye to youth and that insatiable drive. Fortunately for you there are sites like http://www.testosteroneboosters.org/high-t/ where you can read about improving what once was lost or probably regain it all back. It does not stop at your drive but helps in building back muscles too. So check it out if you feel you need a bit of help in that department.

HOFA

I just visited the HOFA Home, Office Furniture and Accessories Factory Outlet nearby. I saw the cutest twin over twin bunk bed on a website and thought I might find one in furniture stores around here. Sadly I didn’t but I did see a new dining set I would love. I need to replace what we have now.

There’s something about furniture stores that make you want to linger. That is if you’re like me who loves to do home improvement stuff.  They do have a sale too on living room sets. Really cheap and good quality too. I guess I have to look for other furniture stores maybe I’ll get lucky and find that bed I want.

Pediasure Plus Review

If you’re as lucky as me then you might have a picky eater too. That is before I switched to Pediasure Plus. My daughter is 3 years old. When I give her what’s for lunch, she looks at the plate and if she doesn’t like what she sees. She bolts and leaves her chair.

I used to give her another milk, no problem there. No allergies or such but I don’t see her gaining weight or seeing that healthy appetite that I see now after switching to Pediasure Plus.

Pediasure PlusA 900g can of Pediasure costs around 900 pesos or roughly $20. It’s triple what I usually pay for but it’s all worth it. I saw an instant change (seriously) after her first can, her skin looked clearer. She’s more active and eats more than usual.

In fact it’s her third can now of Pediasure Plus. Today she had fettucine with broccoli and mushrooms for lunch then she asked for one bread with peanut butter, and another and another. Mommy is very happy lol. One thing I noticed she also asks for more water which is quite good news because I had to force her before. See that smile.

So If you have a picky eater, make sure to switch to Pediasure Plus. It’s totally worth it for your kid’s health and your peace of mind.

Grocery shopping

There’s a new SM hypermarket near us. I’m so happy I don’t have to endure shopping at the other grocery shop where I don’t feel they pay much attention to sanitation.

I bought a few items at the other grocery which we shall call the Jewelled Supermarket for the sake of story telling. One time I got teeny tiny bugs in our brown rice. ( there was a hole I didn’t notice when I bought it) One chicken I bought had a few tiny quarter inch of hair. ( I’m not sure what the person handling it was doing while chopping) One canned item had some sort of insect leg inside. Terrible. They all ended up in the trash can. What a waste of money.

So now the new Hypermarket is open and we shopped there. It was quite new so I guess the staff were a bit confused where everything was. There was a guy though who helped me out twice with finding japanese bread crumbs and after asking 3 sales person I ended up asking him again where the cotton buds were. He told me the exact aisle. The man was a genius, he deserved a promotion. Too bad I didn’t get his name.
