I didn’t know that although I only cook beef once a week because I don’t have a pressure cooker. I’m always scared it’s gonna blow off and explode in my face. So it takes an hour or two to make that tender. I did read in a Health magazine that you can replace beef with mushrooms. It has protein, it’s a bit chewy and it’s good for you. Of course you have to get the large edible mushrooms. Try it sometime. See if your partner will know the difference.
When you were 13, you wonder when you can turn 18 so you can do what every teenager can do. Go out late at night, have fun with friends, go on dates. When you’re 18, you can’t wait to see the world and try everything your heart desires. When you’re in your twenties, you then feel there’s more to dating, there are deep heartaches, career choices. When you’re in your thirties, you will wonder where the time has gone. I admit I am afraid of being old. I can’t understand blood pressure but I do know that it’s one of my family’s worst sickness nightmare. You can just get a heart attack without warning. I did have high blood pressure when I gave birth but I’m still here blogging so you see I survived after feeling like dying on the hospital bed. 8)
I tried cavitation with radio frequency and muscle toning at Vanity Aesthetics in Mall of Asia. Now I didn’t know what to expect all I know was I’m going to lie down there and stand up with centimeters off my tummy. It was actually fun talking to the nurse who did the thing. It was like having a very noisy massage. It hurt my ears. The ultrafrequency sound like a ringing in your ears may be alright to you but I just can’t handle it. You’re supposed to have 10 sessions to really see a difference but I just tried one. Back to square one.
I read in a forum that Bellydancing has helped her trim off her tummy fats. Interesting, I actually haven’t tried it. I could imagine what my daughter would look like watching me. I thought that required dancing skills. Maybe I should try it and see if it works more than Zumba. So far it’s my favorite exercise so far.

I don’t know what’s happening. First you get those three giant toblerone bars from the event. After that I got a package with chocolates and cookies and more cookies. What is a dieting girl going to do with this kind of situation lol. I just can’t stop myself, everytime I pass by the fridge I just open it and reach out. Not good at all.
