The beginning

I have always been a chubby kid. Unfortunately I grew up to be a chubby teen too ha ha. Before I entered high school, I exercised and did Jane Fonda videos with my aunt who was trying to lose weight back then. We used to drink carrot shakes. I lost a lot of weight and was really at my thinnest when I was in 3rd year high school.

After that, then I just ate and ate and ate lol.

So a whole lot of pounds after into the present. After a difficult eat everything in sight pregnancy. I am still 30 lbs overweight.

On February 12, I noticed that my jean’s waistband is beginning to bite into my skin like a sea monster. So I decided to pull out my exercise videos from hiding and into the sunlight.

Happy New Healthy Year

I still see fireworks when I found out that yes I can do it!!

After years of yo yo dieting, starting to exercise and then stopping. I feel like I have come to a point now that I do know what my health goals are.

A mommy who ballooned into 180 lbs during pregnancy. I promised myself and promised to my family that I will start my journey to weight loss this year.

I started in February and still a long way away. But I’d like to encourage those who has lost all hope to go with me and let’s all take a journey to a healthy life.
